If you have a Guarantor, choose, "I will have a guarantor".
What is a guarantor?
- A guarantor is someone who will be financially responsible to your lease agreement. Typically, a parent or guardian.
- The guarantor must reside in the United States and have a social security number or valid ITIN number.
If you will not have a guarantor, choose "I will not have a guarantor". This option covers the following:
- Applicants who do not have a guarantor.
- Applicants who will be financially responsible for their own lease and provide income information.
